Preschool Special - join the reading realm of far-out fractured fairytales! Hear stories, activities, and crafts 'jest' for preschoolers. Tuesday, March 16, at 2:00 p.m.

Japanese Kamishibai Box Theatre
Presenting "The Little Crab,' the story of a little crab who ventures out alone into the ocean for the first time after being warned by his mother not to use his claws mischeviously. The adventure begins when he disobeys his mother. Space is limited. Wednesday, March 17, at 2 p.m.

Free tickets available for both programs in the children's department.

"Make and Take" Craft
Design and make your own creative craft with paper, scissors and glue. Young children must be accompanied by an adult. Drop-in program. Friday, March 19, 2-4 p.m.

Saturday Afternoon at the Movies
Come in and enjoy an afternoon at the movies. New feature-length movie title to be announced.

Tea and books programmes are a great way to spend the afternoon finding out about new and overlooked favourites, and are held at many branches in the Brentwood district.
